Olivier joined UBP in August 2010 as an Investment Specialist dedicated to fixed income. Previously, he spent two years at Allianz Global Investors in Paris working on Euro Fixed Income strategies, with a focus on investment-grade and high-yield credit products. Before joining Allianz, Olivier spent four years at Credit Agricole Investment Bank as an Account Manager in the Global Oil & Gas Division and then as an Associate on the Equity Capital Markets desk. Prior to this, he was an Equity Analyst at Credit Lyonnais for four years.
Olivier is a graduate of the EM Lyon Business School and holds the CEFA diploma.
Joined UBP in 2008 and is the Co-Head of the Swiss & Global Equity team. She is the lead portfolio manager for Swiss equity portfolios and works actively on all Swiss & Global portfolios. She began her career at Banque Indosuez in 1993 where she held various positions in private banking, discretionary portfolio management, marketing and risk management. She later worked as a management consultant for financial services with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Switzerland, before moving to Bank Sal. Oppenheim in Zurich doing institutional sales and Swiss equity analysis. Prior to UBP, she spent 4 years at Independent Asset Management (IAM) in Geneva as a Swiss equity analyst in the Swiss equity portfolio management team. Eleanor holds a diplôme d’études approfondies (DEA) in Economics from the College of Europe, Natolin (Poland) and a MA in Modern and Medieval Languages (French and Russian) from the University of Cambridge, UK.

Philippe Gräub, CFA
Head of UBP Global & Absolute Return Fixed Income / Senior Portfolio Manager
Victoria joined UBP in 2010 as a portfolio manager and has 17 years of investment experience. She previously worked as a European Equity Analyst at Threadneedle and started her career in Corporate Finance.
She achieved a 1st class degree in History and German from the University of Durham.
Philippe joined UBP’s fixed income team in November 2007 as Senior Portfolio Manager. Previously, Philippe was Senior Investment Manager at Pictet Asset Management, responsible for Euro corporate bond funds and co-managing Euro aggregate mandates. He spent six years at Pictet, starting his career as a Quantitative Credit Analyst, before turning to fund management.
Philippe holds an MSc in Physics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris. He is also CFA Charterholder.

Joined UBP in 2006 and is the Co-Head of the Swiss & Global Equity team. He is the lead portfolio manager for global equity portfolios and works actively on all Swiss & Global portfolios. He has been in banking since 1992, and involved in equity research and portfolio management since 1998. Previously he spent 14 years at Deutsche Bank, in Berlin, Frankfurt and New York, in various roles including equity and credit research, generally focusing on banking and insurance. He holds a MA in Banking and Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and is a CFA charterholder.
Martin is the author of Strategic Concepts of Universal Banks, published in 2000.
